TGI Fridays

A national restaurant estate on one central booking system, with menus carrying each restaurant's own items and intolerance values.

A booking journey rebuilt around one central system, and a menu structure that lets a national estate hold different items — and different intolerance values — against every restaurant in it.

The brief

Bookings in one place, menus per restaurant

We rebuilt the booking menu and integrated a third-party application, so the estate manages every booking from one central location rather than site by site.

The menus needed the opposite of that: we implemented a new menu structure that lets each restaurant display different items, with different intolerance values against each of them.

The same site, wherever you are booking

Every location runs the same journey and the same menu structure, with its own items and its own intolerance data behind it.
