Zooki

Liposomal supplements sold on subscription. We moved the store onto a new theme and away from a legacy purchase flow that was costing them orders.

The brief

A purchase flow that was losing people

Zooki were on a legacy purchase flow that was, in their words, a user experience nightmare — and the numbers agreed with them.

We moved the store onto a new theme and rebuilt the way an order gets placed. Conversion rate went up, drop-offs on the way through went down, and revenue followed. The signed-off figures go here as they land.

The flow

Fewer steps between wanting it and having it

The subscription is the commercial case, so the work concentrated on what happens between a first order and a third — and on getting people through the first one without losing them.
